I love yoga! I am not a professional but enjoy a lot to take some time just for myself, connect with the breath and stretch my body. It makes me feel so good and in peace ♥
I started practicing yoga around 2 years ago now. At the beginning I must say I didn’t felt so comfortable since I was not very flexible and it was not easy to relax myself. It is only during the last 6 months that I felt the connection with this practice and I could appreciate all the changes in my mind and body. I love yoga! I am not a professional but enjoy a lot to take some time just for myself, connect with the breath and stretch my body. It makes me feel so good and in peace!
